| الملخص: | Walimaz Car Booking System (WCBS) is online management information of booking system that a case study has been done at Walimaz Car (WC) Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. Currently use manual process to manage their business activities with the customer. The customer additionally needs to fill in a form that has been provided for them. In order to solved this problem, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is used as a suggestion of method to guide the whole process of the development WCBS. The model used for WCBS system is Adapted Waterfall Model which has Requirement, Design, Implementation and Testing. Besides that, system testing plan and evaluation from user and experts also has been prepared as a method to improve the functionality, usability and interface design of the system. The system has been tested by three (3) expert users and thirty (30) respondents. The highest mean is 4.13 with standard deviation of 0.530 has been achieved for the satisfaction evaluation. Overall, the system of WCBS that has been provided will be the best solution to manage the booking problem faced by WC organization and get the user satisfied when do their bookings manage the booking problem faced by WC organization and get the user satisfied when do their bookings. |
