Are the Local Authorities officers done their work following the right schedule and a right way to approve it, without money under table (corruption) in order to get instant approval? Too many birocracy in a Local Authority procedure also one of the problems why the approval late to be approved. In this dissertation, will study on Building Control and the implementation of the In-House Authority concept in the development projects. It will consist of the case study chosen which is applying the concept of In-House Authority in their management. Sierramas Homeowners Bhd or the management team are responsible in Building Control for any newly construction project or renovation, alteration, or any extension to house and ensure that all work was safe environment, clean and follow the rules of Sierramas and Building By law.
