الملخص:As the world’s population has grown, so has man’s required for a place to live in and for a place to work in. Unfortunately, the land available to keep pace with man’s needs is strictly limited and sometimes, prohibitively expensive. Kuala Lumpur has already reached the limits of horizontal growth and as a result, the only alternative left is vertical development. High rise buildings of fifteen (15) storey and more are already a familiar feature of the Kuala Lumpur. In Malaysia nowadays, there are a lot of high building had been constructed to fulfill the requirement of people. High-rise buildings were used as a place for offices, residential and other functions.
