| Summary: | Inventory Management System for Klinik Zuraidah (i-KZu) is online inventory of medicine where the case study was done at Klinik Zuraidah, Puchong. Currently they are using manually in inventory management of medicine. The staff nurse need to write the medicine that has been take out from the store at the white board. Meanwhile the clerk needs to count many times the quantity of medicine in the store. All the activities in managing the inventory of medicine make them to take time in make sure that the quantity of medicine in store can be control. The objectives for this project are to identify the current process flow of inventory of medicine and problem in managing the inventory of medicine, to design and develop the inventory management system then to evaluate the functionality and usability of the system for the proposed system. The system is developed for staff nurse, doctor and clerk. The users can to complete their work systematically. Moreover, the model used for i-KZu system is Waterfall Model as a guideline to develop the system. Besides that, to improve the functionality, usability and interface design of the system, system testing plan and evaluation from user and experts also has been prepared. The system has been tested by three (3) experts and thirty (30) respondents as users. The highest mean is 4.43 with standard deviation of 0.78 has been achieved for the satisfaction evaluation. In this project there a few limitations that developer cannot do in developing the system. The limitations for this project are the graph of medicine control for each type and clerk not able to get know about the medicine promotion from supplier. |
