| 总结: | The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting employees' motivation in Comerich Sdn. Bhd. A total of 59 questionnaires were distributed to all employees and 35 sets were returned. From the findings, the level of motivation amongst employees' of Comerich Sdn. Bhd. are moderate with high result on teamwork and the top three important motivation factors that can boost up their motivation level is monetary rewards, leadership and teamwork. Finally, some recommendations were given to the organization for their future improvement to increase their employ ees' motivation level. |
