Throughout this research also is to identify the risk management practices deployed to minimize die fatalities and accidents happen during people working at telecommunication sites. Another main agenda in this research is to develop safety checklist that minimizes risk for the better working environment at telecommunication sites. Telecommunication and networking are very important services that required by the people lifestyle trends in these upcoming years. The fastest and widest range coverage of network is considering the best telecommunication provider. This enlargement and upgrades needed the telecommunication worker to do lots of work at telecommunication tower, lamp pole, monopole and etc. During the research, relevant reseaich methodology such as pilot survey, questionnaire survey, face to face interview, observation and data analysis are used. The research output is the statistic of fatalities and accidents happened at telecommunication sites within five to ten years is compiled. With the statistic, a profile of accidents working at telecommunication tower is established and main factors and causes of the accidents are captured. From the established statistic a safety checklist is developed. This checklist provides the guidelines that help reduce and prevent the occurrence of accident and fatality. With the developed safety checklist, it is hoped that any activity regarding the safety issue at telecommunication site can be recorded for future development and improvement.
