For a walkway that is provided with cafes, which serves people with delicious food and fantastic outside view, along with its panoramic and energetic water displays and fountains such as Shah Alam Walkway, where it is located in the middle of Shah Alam city that is why we need to study the effects of the construction of this building and whether it is accepted among the people over not only for few years but in the long term. A Sidewalk cafe is a place for people to gather, that is why it is not only should follow building regulations but also satisfied and ensures the safety the occupants and users of the buildings. This sidewalk cafe are the first to be constructed in this city. The objective of this study is to find out what is the effect of the sidewalk cafe to the building regulations and guidelines and also to find out what are its effects to the public. The most valued information is to find out whether safety aspects are taking into consideration before the construction of this sidewalk cafe.
