This paper examines the present scenario of knowledge-sharing culture in the school. It draws responses from 109 teachers from SMK USJ 4, Subang Jaya. The first part of this paper introduces the concepts and some definitions of knowledge sharing. From the results of the findings, most of the teachers start to expose themselves to the knowledge-sharing process. The finding shows that most teachers are able to describe and interpret professional and technical terms with conversational language to help communication in school group discussions. This paper seeks to review the existing models and theories that have been applied to identify the factors that affect the knowledge-sharing process. Finally, by applying the combination of knowledge sharing and information theories, this paper proposes a knowledge-sharing culture for teachers in SMK 4, Subang Jaya.
