From the results of the findings, most of the teachers start to expose themselves to the knowledge-sharing process. The finding shows that most teachers are able to describe and interpret professional and technical terms with conversational language to help communication in school group discussions. This paper seeks to review the existing models and theories that have been applied to identify the factors that affect the knowledge-sharing process.
