Summary:Building Survey is an area that can be said to have long-established in Malaysia. It is related to the audit of the building, control building, maintenance and insurance, and it is the main scope of the building surveyor. However, of late, we, we often hear and are exposed to the least practiced building surveying career in the education sector. But it is also not well received among the local people related to the four main scope of the building surveyor had in the construction sector. Many in the building surveying graduates are more likely to serve in the field or the other than professional practice as a building surveyor. Based upon the issue, so a study was carried out based on some hypothesis which is also the cause of the occurrence. Hypothesis is furnished to the respondent of the building surveying graduates who do not practice career as a surveyor's anxiety as a major career and are more likely to serve in the sector. All the hypotheses stated in questionnaire to be determined by the respondent. The main sources will be identified as a result of surveys conducted over the last respondent. From the questionnaire, we will be able to assess the respondents' support for the hypothesis.
