This project focused on accounting records and sales and expenses calculations due to inability of the stakeholder to manage their accounting business transactions monthly. Reports are required for managing expenses and profit and loss of the company, lower level management tends to make errors in calculating and reporting the business transactions. With that being said, this project is carried out with an aim to develop e-Frozen Accounting Information System with Process Aware approach. With applying iterative methodology can assist this project in carrying out results with quality. The phases involved in this project are four phases which are requirement, analysis, design and development. Other than that, the development of e-Frozen Accounting Information System and the documentations involved are Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Software Design Document (SDD) are produced in this project.
