To increase the level of public confidence in a cooperative and to get a view from the respondent about the cooperative management system. The objective in this research is to study the level of public confidence in a cooperative, to study the factors that enable the community to become a member of the cooperative and last to identify the cooperative governance system. The method that been used in this research is quantitative analysis. To analyze the data are using the frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, and reliability analysis. The result shows that majority of respondent have a confident toward the cooperative. Next, the most factor that affecting the respondent to have a cooperative is to get funds after retirement.
