Summary:Wasiyyah is one method of the Islamic inheritance which non-heirs can receive a family member died. The problem statement: in Malaysia the statistics of frozen assets is increasing since 2006. This issue can be mitigated by Wasiyyah writing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence Wasiyyah practice. In addition, the study also analyse the relationship between the identified factors and the intention to make a Wasiyyah. This research user's descriptive analysis to analyse the data. This study analyse three contributing factors to the intention of making wasiyyah namely; life events,level of knowledge and financial condition. The questionnaire were distributed to 60residences in Kampung Delek via social media but only 30 respondents cooperative. Data was analyse using descriptive analysis and correlation coefficient. The results shows that those three factors which is life events, level of knowledge and financial condition are significantly related with the intention in making a Wasiyyah. The influencer factors is the level of knowledge and the financial condition. Therefore, the related agency of Wasiyyah should be more active in disseminating relevant information to the society. They also should promote Wasiyyah. Future studies may analyse others influencing factors such as family background and public awareness. Besides that, future studies may explore respondents from other locality. It is suggested that middle age respondents should be targeted for a more accurate finding.
