Hence, diversifying resources in the Federal Territory of Labuan is vital in ensuring that the island develops at par with other areas in the country. When the Labuan Development Blueprint 2030 was launched in 2018, the government aspires for the island to become sustainably-competitive. In the blueprint, tourism sector particularly Homestay Program is one of the tourism sector initiatives to boost Labuan F.T‘s economy for its high profit potential and benefits to community and country‘s economy. Unfortunately, the inconsistent number of tourists‘ arrivals to Labuan F.T and specifically Homestay program at Labuan F.T has badly affected the performance of local homestay program. Nevertheless, Homestay Program performance may have been affected by many factors as well as the internal approaches. In this study, the moderator effects of self-efficacy on transformational leadership, community support, and entrepreneurial capabilities to registered Homestay Program performance in Labuan F.T context was examined. The finding of this study through Regression Analysis only transformational leadership has positive effect on Homestay Program Performance.
