| Summary: | Beside houses, the school buildings are the important places to the users such as students to learn and gain the new things or knowledge from their teachers. It is important to make sure that the school buildings are in a good condition and safe from the problems. The most problem that always happened to the school buildings is defects that always occurred at the school buildings either situated at the inner area or at the coastal area. Defects caused the elements of the buildings become damages and sometimes, it’s can be worst and danger to the user's such as students, teachers and soon. A small defect can be a big problem if the schools management did not take action to the defect. There are the different types of defects that occurred in the school buildings between at the inner area and coastal area. Defects and it causes can be identified through inspection and investigation by the surveyor. After that, the remedies will be carried out to solve the problem of the defects that occurred in the buildings. |
