A building maintenance industry is quite new in Malaysia. The benefits of maintenance are becoming ever more widely accepted for our construction and engineering sectors. It had been privatise by a government to a specialist in maintenance. Building maintenance helps building owner a lot. It is better to do maintenance than repair it. When maintaining a building, maintenance concept, instruction and type of repair works shall be describe clearly before a maintenance works is conducted.
