Polyester fibre is known for its extensibility and easy-care properties. Besides, polyester also has excellent thermal properties that should be considered before making a fabric. The aim of this research to investigate the effect of outdoor exposure on the colour and the physical properties of coated and non-coated polyester tents. Comparison was made between the tents and it was found that the coated tent is better than non-coated tent in term of physical properties and colour fastness. |
