Because of that some of terminal bus faced with maintenance problem for facilities and infrastructure provided such as cleanliness, comfortable and not fully functional facilities. And so of that, terminal bus needs to be maintained for public uses day by day. Furthermore, this dissertation is about study the facilities provided at bus terminal. To define the level comfort and the current condition of Bus Terminal. To identified the existing maintenance management provided at bus terminal for people and their recent management.
