Description
Summary:The degree to which the design of a building embraces maintenance reflection has major influence on its performance. As the aims of this study are to investigate and generally evaluate maintenance related to railway station, identify factors that affecting maintenance within the design of the railway station, and suggest good design and maintenance approach that can reduce future maintenance work, budget and safe for public use. The performance of building is likely to be enhanced if designers are cognizant of maintenance-related matter. It is desirable that building should have priority over maintenance, as it is clearly impractical, and even undesirable to replace all older buildings. Upon the implementation of the design can eventually be established for maintenance work.
