Summary:There have many historic building in the world, such as Malaysia, Scottish, Britain, and others. Historical building is one that gives that us a sense of wonder and makes us want to know more about people and culture that produced it. It has architectural, aesthetic, historical, documentary, archaeological, economical, social and event political and spiritual or symbolic values. In this study, the focus is on identifying various techniques to fixing to fixing fire fighting system in historical building. The study begins by looking at the current issue whereby most of historical building in Malaysia still using the original fire fighting equipment soon there will be replaced with new equipment. This study also refer to understanding how these new equipment be sensitively fixed or applied to the historical building. Two building were chosen as a case study in order to look at how the fire fighting equipment is introduced. There are Taman Budaya and Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad. The important of fire fighting for the historic building is to protect the properties from involve with fire and to protect all the historical value at the building. In the looking forward, all the fire fighting equipment that have at the historical building not as display but it must be maintain from the time to the time because nothing happen can be granted.
