| 總結: | Hospital Besar Alor Setar Patient and Medical Record System is a system that is specifically designed for the patient medical record process purposes at Hospital Besar Alor Setar. Here, patient can register to the hospital, make appointment with a doctor and get medical report for insurance claims. With problems such as difficulty in locating patients medical report(on paper), the existence of this system is hoped to be more practical than the manual procedure. The main objective of this system is to provide an alternative other than the manual based system. Besides that, it also provides better information access for both the patients as well as the administrators and doctor's of Hospital Besar Alor Setar. For the patients, besides easier and faster medical report production, they can also make an appointment easily. As for the administration of the hospital, it will make it easy for them to keep track of the patient/medical records and the doctors' timetable. Besides that the doctor can review his/her timetable and patients medical record before their appointment. |
