With problems such as difficulty in locating patients medical report(on paper), the existence of this system is hoped to be more practical than the manual procedure. The main objective of this system is to provide an alternative other than the manual based system. Besides that, it also provides better information access for both the patients as well as the administrators and doctor's of Hospital Besar Alor Setar. For the patients, besides easier and faster medical report production, they can also make an appointment easily. As for the administration of the hospital, it will make it easy for them to keep track of the patient/medical records and the doctors' timetable.
