However, the problem exists when the teachers have limited time in classroom for storytelling activities even though the students love this activity very much as they can practice their communication. The objectives of our research/project are to develop an interactive storytelling prototype with voice modality for children to learn English, test the functionality of the prototype and allow the user to be a part of the character that can interact with the story. The project will use speech engine to recognize children's voice.
