The interview was done with the expert in SISP project implementation which had experience to handle four to five SISP project. Their experience in observing the factor that contribute to the project success is key to get the closest answer with regards to the topic. The validation of interview was done at the third session of interview. The matching process was also being done at the third round interview based on first and second sessions of interview. The guideline of the factors that contribute to the SISP project implementation success is the result from this research.
