The user's/student's information is kept in a database that can be accessed through the system. This system allows the administrator to monitor all the activity including of permission and configuration. The system will be able to adding, deleting, updating and searching. Since this project is using GSM technology, the message will be sent to the General System for Mobile (GSM) and then to the respective mobile phone. The software is developed using PHP programming language. The database is held using MySQL . The interface of this system is developed using Macromedia Dreamweaver, and also used the Apache as a Web Server, Ozeki as a SMS Server, and PHP My Admin as a database server.
