Designing e-learning systems is very challenging and need testing and re-testing with real user. In order to make sure that e-learning that had been created successfully feedback from the user is important. Hence, this research is conducted in order to gain insights on the students acceptances of UiTM i-Learn portal . Questionnaire was designed based on the usability and usefulness of the design elements in i-learn portal. Questionnaire are then distributed to the respondents consisting of the students of Universiti Technology Mara Shah Alam. The respondents were selected randomly from both gender male and female and also from semester 1 until semester 8 students.
