Over time, the number of users of public transport decreases gradually due to the lack of service quality provided. This situation leads to the increasing number of private vehicles and reduction in the usage of public transport. To find out more about this situation, some research had done to find out the issue and problem in Rapid Penang through the questionnaire. Although the system is efficient, it is still inadequate to attract people to use their service. Some improvements are needed in order to make buses as a preferred mode of travel. To provide the information to user, a development of the web based will help user to get the information such as the schedule, bus route, time taken, bus frequency and other easily. It will increase the quality in order to make the user choose the public transportation as a transport to reach their destination. This development of the web based can help tourist and local user identify the journey and can manage their time to travel wisely. The web based are visual method in order to view the information that related to the Rapid Penang services.
