Target population for this research is organizations in Public Service which comply with ICT Usage Guidelines toward Green ICT. Descriptive statistics are used to describe data in a study. There are five dimensions of green IT capability which is policy, governance, practice, attitude and technology. The overall green IT capability baseline for Malaysian public sector is low.
