The reduction will affect the budget allocation for each local universities and directly will affect the financial operation among each faculties. The amount allocation for operating and maintaining IT infrastructure is huge. Thus, this study suggest that BYOD is implement in order to cut the high amount distributed for ICT device. Since FSKM is towards implementing BYOD in future, this study might be beneficial as a references.
