Summary:Perpustakaan UiTM Jasin at UiTM Jasin campus, Malacca provided the borrowing system for all resources in the library including new waqf books which were donated to the library UiTM Jasin. Problem arises when the patrons need to borrow the waqf book by using manual technique which is using paper-based method. Librarian will tend to overlook and become more complicated when they need to keep track of the borrowing record. Therefore, this project focuses on the borrowing waqf book and record the borrowed book. A Waterfall phase model is used in this project methodology which basically consists of six phases. For this project, only requirement gathering and analysis, design and implementation phases are utilized in this project. Each phase has its own activities and deliverable that help in achieving the project objectives. There are nine use cases and five table classes identified phase and the activity and deliverable requirement for the project are documented on SRS. For design phase all the diagrams are being documented on SDD. Implementation phase is the stage where the real system was created based on the requirement and design phase. This projects used Android Studio with Firebase. As the project output, a mobile application of waqf book with quick response (QR) code for UiTM Jasin library become helpful in avoiding the risk of the misusing the waqf book source and at the same time this project could provide a better system and improve the process of the borrowing the waqf book for UiTM Jasin library.
