The purpose of this study is to enable the readers to become aware that there exist models that could be applied in analyzing the current performance of companies, especially in detecting symptom ($) that might lead to a success or failure. The research methodology is concentrate on Financial Ratio Analysis on the selected companies. There are 5 types of ratio used in 3 specific methods like Times Series Analysis, Cross- Sectional Analysis and combined Analysis in 3 conservative years (1998,1999 and 2000). To select the construction companies in Main Board, the sampling process was used on 33 construction companies randomly.
