Summary:Facilities management to a building is very important for a comfort and safety of building users. Efficient facilities management will reduce the problems and damage that affecting the facilities. Similarly with the facilities that available in KEMAS Preschool although the users of the building only the number of students, but safety and comfort is very important to ensure that teaching and learning process in its best progress. Facilities Management for Preschool KEMAS divided into two (2), it consist of facilities management by the KEMAS entirely and facilities management by the society that has its own committee members. Commonly problem that arises in term of facilities management is the financial allocation problem is not adequate for the provision of facilities in a preschool with adequate and comfortable. The objective of this study was to identify the various type of facilities provided in a preschool in Selangor and how they manage for preschool, to identify the satisfaction levels and the problems towards facilities provided, and finally to proposed the solution for the problems that involved facilities to ensure the safety and convenience of teachers and students. There are two preschool is managed entirely by the KEMAS and four preschool is managed by the society. It is clear that preschool is fully managed by KEMAS have advantages in terms of facilities provided rather than preschool managed by society. To solve problems related to lack of facilities at the preschool, all parties should cooperate and take care about the problems arising in the provision of facilities to ensure the teaching and learning process is running smoothly.
