总结:The main purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between office environment and job satisfaction among office employees at Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Kelantan (SUK). Through this study, researcher needs to identify the type of office environment that influence job satisfaction among office employees at SUK, to detemine the significant difference in the average score of employee satisfaction among male and female respondents and to investigate the relationship between office environment and job satisfaction towards office employees at SUK. To conduct this study, researcher developed questionnaires that consist of 3 sections and 32 questions. Section A for Demographic Background, Section B for Office Environment and Section C for Job Satisfaction. The questionnaires were distributed to 144 employees at SUK from two departments (Human Resource and Administration). However, only 125 questionnaires were successful collected while other was missing or uncompleted. At the end of the study, the findings of the study were identified. The type of office environment that most influence job satisfaction among office employees at SUK is furniture. While, the independent sample t-test shown that there is a significant difference in the average score of employee satisfaction among male and female respondents at SUK. Moreover, the finding also shown that there is a significant positive relationship between office environment and job satisfaction among office employees at SUK.
