Summary:The title for this study is the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management among staff in University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) Bachok Campus. The purpose of this study was to investigate the most dominant culture types applied among staff in UMK Bachok Campus. Secondly, this study investigated the most important knowledge management dimension adapted by the staff. Lastly, this study was examined the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management among staff in UMK bachok campus. The questionnaire distributed to 155 staffs of UMK Bachok Campus. A Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to test the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management. The Pearson product moment correlation coefficients indicated a positive significant correlation between all of the organizational culture types and knowledge management in UMK Bachok Campus. The correlation between organizational culture and knowledge management show that there was positive and very strong relationship between those two variables.
