The three factors that were studied in order to see the influencing factors of workplace safety are management commitment, safety training and safety policies. The overall objectives of the study were to identity the factors that influence of workplace safety, to identify the most influencing factor toward workplace safety and to identify the relationship between management commitment, safety training and safety policies at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Data were gathered from questionnaires which were distributed to 120 employees that were affected by safety environment at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The data collected were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 20, and were further analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and descriptive statistic analysis. The findings obtained from the research study suggest that all of the independent variables (management commitment, safety training and safety policies) have a high and remarkable relationship with workplace safety at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, with safety policies being the most influencing factor.
