Summary: | This research investigated the relationship between office environment and employee's performance at Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara, Northern Regional Campus (INTURA) in Sungai Petani, Kedah. The data was gathered through the questionnaires distributed to the total of 66 employees' at Institut Tadbiran A wam Negara for further analysis. The research study was found that there is a relationship between office environment and employee's performance at Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara, Northern Regional Campus (INTURA) in Sungai Petani, Kedah. For chapter 3, it contains the research design, sampling frame, population, sampling technique, sample size, unit of analysis, instrument, validity of instrument, data collection procedures and plan of data analysis. Based on descriptive statistics analysis on the previous chapter 4, it shows that all variables for office environments are the influence factors towards employee's performance at Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara, Northern Regional Campus (INTURA) in Sungai Petani, Kedah. So the conclusion for this objective is there are relationships between office environments and employee's performance. According to descriptive analysis table, the respondents agree that hypotheses, there is a significantly relationship between lighting and employee's performance at Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara, Northern Regional Campus (INTURA) in Sungai Petani,. Kedah was the main factors that influenced employee's performance. |
