總結:The main purpose of this research is to define the relationship between Information Technology (IT) skill and employee’s performance toward employees who work in Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu (PMINT). IT skill is very important for employees perform their work. This research will found that what independent variable that give more contributor to employee’s performance. People will know what skill of IT that gives influence to employee performance in their workplace. In this study the researcher just focuses on general office that includes email software, electronic spreadsheet, and also word processing. This research includes the problem statement where aligned with technologies nowadays, important to employees to have skills in information technology for enhance the productivity in their task given. This research is draw for investigate the relationship between information technology (IT) and employee’s performance in large company. The methodologies for this research, the researcher use correlational research for research design. Other methods the researcher uses are the Cronbach’s Alpha for measure Reliability Test, Descriptive Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis for investigate this study. The result found that word processing is the main contributor that supports the employee’s performance based on the researcher’s analysis.
