The party involved to manage the public building must consist of good quality control or high standard either in future development and maintenance work. In short, this dissertation will study the Maintenance Management Services on Planning, organization and out-sourcing, besides that, author wants to know occupant satisfaction of the building in each case study in terms of maintenance.
