Objectives of this study are to identify the application of CPM in construction industry and its effectiveness. However, the application CPM needs expertise and experienced person to built effective and efficient in time monitoring, management resources and materials. In addition to, delay in construction project silently exist even used CPM as a guide to resolve problems.
