Description
Summary:Construction training centers is the place for trainees to do their training programme. The main objective of the construction-training centre is to provide the quality, productivity and efficiency of construction workers. By providing skill training, the construction training centres is helping the nation ensure quality construction works, efficient construction process and on-time product delivery. To facilitate a systematic construction skills training, they have developed construction-training modules based on the National Occupational Skill Standards (NOSS). NOSS is set together by the industry experts; comprising of industry players and professionals and experienced trainers. These training centres is developed by the government which is appointed their agencies such as Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), MARA, Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (MLVK) and Department of Manpower. These training agencies and the person who involved in the industry develop the occupational skill standard for the workers, which are, call National Occupational Skill Standards (NOSS).
