Summary:The study aims to investigate the factors influencing corporate customer's acceptance of High Speed Broadband by Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Kota Bharu Kelantan. Data is collected by using questionnaires and distribute to all 150 corporate customer's who subscribe Streamyx business packages by Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Kelantan. Cross tabulation is to allow the inspection of difference among groups and to make a comparison which is to look at the relationship between variables, dependent variable and independent variable. Dependent variable is corporate customer's acceptance of High Speed Broad band and independent variable is perceived usefulness, perceived ease usefulness, awareness and price. The results reveal that there are significant positive relationship, all the independent variables which is perceived usefulness, perceived ease usefulness, awareness and price shows a significant relationship with dependent variable which is corporate customer's acceptance of High Speed Broadband by Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Kelantan. The study suggests that the company should focus on perceived use fulness, perceived ease usefulness, awareness and price which are the major factors that influenced corporate customer's acceptance of High Speed Broadband by Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Kelantan.
