The new product, Electric-Powered Scrubber should be developed to provide optimum efficiency and offers greater flexibility that suitable for any household cleaning task. The existing scrubbing system are mainly operated manually, consume considerable amount of time and manpower to complete the process of cleaning. (Ullman, 1997) The conventional scrubbing method which performed manually using simple tools does not usually provide satisfactory scrubbing. Since it is performed manually, scrubbing is limited only to the area that can be reached by the tool and this may affect the desired cleanliness.
