總結:Dyslexic children's education in the Jawi script, an integral part of the Muslim community's cultural and religious heritage, has been overlooked in current educational practices. Dyslexic children face specific challenges learning Jawi due to its linguistic complexity. However, Jawi education focuses on typically developing children, neglecting dyslexic learners. This abstract highlights the importance of addressing this educational gap. It emphasizes the necessity for targeted interventions and inclusive instructional approaches to support dyslexic children in their Jawi education, promoting their engagement, cultural connection, and overall literacy development. The neglect of dyslexic children's education in the Jawi script undermines their access to and engagement with their cultural heritage. In addition, it impediments their development of essential literacy skills. Dyslexic learners encounter particular challenges related to phonological processing, decoding, and symbol recognition. This makes it imperative to address their specific needs in Jawi education. By implementing inclusive instructional approaches, incorporating dyslexia-friendly design elements, and enhancing teacher awareness and support, we can ensure that dyslexic children receive the necessary educational support to thrive on their Jawi learning journey. This would empower them to connect with their cultural roots while overcoming their specific challenges in Jawi education, fostering their academic and personal growth.
