The objectives of the research are to explore the space planning of public libraries and to investigate the visitor's level of satisfaction in using public libraries in Malaysia. The research was conducted at Raja Tun Uda Library in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The research using method on-site observing and layout analysis to explore the space planning pf public library. In addition, the questionnaire was also used to get 46 visitors feedback about satisfaction using the public library.
