Description
Summary:The research objectives of this study are to identify how much readers sit at areas that receive daylighting compare to readers that use artificial lighting and to identify how long readers sit at areas that receive daylighting. Daylight is essential for the interiors of a building, especially for the users of the building itself. For the operation and satisfaction of users in a building such as a library, it is critical to have a good day lighting. The study carried out with quantitative approach where the sources are from questionnaires on how much readers sit at areas that receive daylighting compare to readers that use artificial lighting and identify how long readers sit at areas that receive daylighting. The benefit of the research is to encourage the society to come to the library. Areas with daylight exposure will influence the people to go to the library.
