Summary:The study attempts to fill in the empirical gap the influence of spiritual leadership towards organization performance at Lembaga Kemajuan Terengganu Tengah (KETENGAH). On a wider perspective, the study will provide an insight on spiritual leadership adoption and how well it has contributed to the overall efficiency towards organization performance. The main objective of the study is to investigate influence of spiritual leadership towards organization performance to know the most significant factors to the organization performance. The research methodology used to achieve the objectives of this study include research designs, population, sampling techniques, sample size, unit analysis, data collection procedures, research instruments and plans for data analysis. And at the end of this research proves that three independent variable which is effort, membership and calling/meaning have significant relationship with organization performance. While commitment variable was rejected because there is no relationship towards dependent variable. So for future research, researcher should investigate other factors that influencing organization performance by use qualitative research method and involved participant through observation, in-depth interviews and focus groups. It will helps in future research findings with new independent variables and dependent variables. Therefore, the findings from the study are important to contribute to the academic literatures as well as to provide enrichment in the discussion of the subject matter.
