To run data, this paper used Descriptive Statistic, Pearson Correlation, Regression Model, Correlation Coefficient and Multicollinearity test. It is found that return on equity, debt to equity, price earnings ratio and earnings per share are significant in determining healthcare stocks price in Malaysia.
