| Summary: | The purpose of this study was to investigate about the usage of e-commerce among the employee (focus on trust, privacy and security) towards customer satisfaction at Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Kedah. The scope of this research focus was the employees in Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetan Kedah. The data of this study were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires and used of convenient research sampling technique. In this study, the data collected were analyzed by using the Statiscal Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 20.0. The result identified that satisfaction is the important element in the usage of e-commerce to the employees. |
