Summary:This research paper is to study the relationship of the physical ergonomic toward job performance. Also which of the element of physical ergonomic that gives impact toward job performance. This study is run at the Syarikat Air Johor Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Branch Muar (SAJH). The study was based on the sample of 80 SAJH staff randomly drawn from various department and unit. This is because majority of the staff are using workplace in their routine tasks. The questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS and the researchers are using reliability test and pearson correlation to search findings. The analyzed shows that there are the relationship between physical ergonomic and job performance. And the more crucial of element in physical ergonomic that impact the job performance is working environment. The better the physical ergonomic give the better impact on job performance of the staff. So, the physical plays the important role to make sure the staff can perform the job effectively. The recommendation for the next research paper is the researcher prepared the particular ergonomic procedure towards the organization and gives more information about the consequences of ignoring the physical ergonomic guidelines. It is because there are the minority of staff in this organization had the muscular-skeletal disorder such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
