Summary:Many studies have been conducted in corporate finance regarding Dividend Policy. Dividend policy has been perceived as the genuine subject in the account territory as much research has been finished by past writing. This paper provides insights regarding the determinants of Dividend Policy in Food and Beverages Industry in Malaysia. This study used data of 31 Public Listed Companies in F&B Industry in Malaysia respectively from 2006 to 2015. The Dividend Pay-out Ratio was used as the dependent variable while Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage, Investment Opportunities and Maturity were used as independent variables. It was found out that Investment Opportunities, Maturity and Firm Size were statistically significant affecting Dividend Policy in Food and Beverages Industry in Malaysia while the rest variable were found insignificant.
